Here at Loacker, we believe that selecting our raw materials with the utmost care is the first step towards creating unparalleled goodness. This can be seen in the coconut flakes used as a scented decoration for some of our specialties, and as an ingredient in the most mouth-watering coconut creams. To give you the full authenticity of this magnificent gift of nature, we only use fruits from the Philippines or Indonesia, which are unmatched in terms of their sweet aroma. There, kissed by the sun and cradled by the wind, the drupes ripen on palms to create a flesh like no other. We let nature run its course, until the aroma becomes full and round in its treasure chest and, when the time comes, we harvest it.

We extract the little flakes from the pure white flesh and then very slowly dry them until they are perfect for the exquisite treats you love. Whether they are part of a cream or the delicate decoration of a wafer, their elegant personality will be immediately apparent as soon as you taste them.
