2 (450 g) packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup (94 g) of powdered sugar
1/2 cup (125mL) eggnog
1/2 tsp (1g) nutmeg
1/2 tsp (1g) cinnamon
1 tsp (5mL) rum extract
1 (250 g) package Loacker® Dark Chocolate Quadratini
Whipped Topping, to top
Add Loacker® wafers to a gallon sized plastic storage bag and crush with a rolling pin. Spread half of the wafers on the bottom of four dessert bowls.
Add cream cheese, sugar, eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, and rum extract to a bowl. Use a mixer and beat well. Add eggnog filling to a piping bag.
Pipe half of the eggnog cheesecake mixture on top of the crushed wafer cookies lining the bottom of the four dessert bowls. Add another layer of wafers and finish with the eggnog cheesecake mixture.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
