Put the egg and sugar in a bowl and beat it with a mixer
Add the mascarpone and beat it by hand until stiff peaks
Add the whipped cream to the mix
Put 1 layer of berries/fruits on the bottom of a glass and add the mascarpone cream on top
Add 1 layer of Loacker Quadratini on it and add the mascarpone cream
Add another layer of Loacker Quadratini and top it with a last layer of mascarpone cream
Garnish it with berries & fruits. Enjoy!
