When opposites are combined, completely new flavor combinations are created. The contrast between three crispy, dark cocoa wafers and two layers of light alpine milk cream filling is irresistible. The milk used in the cream, 100% Alpine, comes mostly from small nearby mountain farms. Through our “Cocoa Farming Program”, we improve the living conditions of our cocoa growers.
Our wafers are the essence of pure goodness and they represent the best of Loacker. Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe.
