We have set up a project in the province of Manabì together with Maquita and the fair trade organization Altromercato. The focus is to provide our farmers with sustainable trade opportunities. Certified by the ICCO (International Cocoa Organization), Ecuadorian “fine flavor” cocoa has a floral aroma with a mellow, fruity bouquet, for authentic connoisseurs. Ecuadorian fermentation of the beans is one of the finest in the world, and the quality of the cocoa it produces is very high, which is why it is called “fine flavor”.
