2 Packs of 250 gm Loacker Napolitaner Quadratini (or any preferred flavor)
½ Cup roasted salted peanuts (or any preferred nuts)
200 gm of butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
½ Cup honey or maple syrup
½ Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ Cup of water
Salt
Ganache ingredients:
1 Cup of whipping cream
250 gm milk or dark chocolate
For decoration:
2 Packs of Loacker Dark-Hazelnut Gran Pasticceria
On a medium heat put the butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, sugar, water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and mix them up until melted and well combined.
Put the Napolitaner Quadratinies in an empty bowl and add the hot chocolate mix you did earlier in step one. Add the roasted salted peanuts to the mixture and mix them up together with a wooden spatula until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a 10 inch cheesecake pan and spread it with the back of a spoon. On a medium heat put the whipping cream and the chocolate in a saucepan and stir until the chocolate is melted. When done, pour the ganache over the Quadratini mixture and put it in the fridge from 6 hours till overnight.
Take the cake out of the fridge and open the sides of the pan, to make your No bake Easy cake prettier decorate it by placing Dark-Hazelnut Gran Pasticcerias on the sides and it’s ready to be served!
