Are you looking for a job or do you want a change? We firmly believe that the first contact with your new employer is crucial for a good start. For this reason, our recruiters will contact you directly and provide you with comprehensive information about the position on offer and the working conditions at Loacker. At the second meeting, you will meet your supervisor and learn more about the position. We also often organize trial days, where you can visit the company and get a first-hand impression of the job on offer and the world of Loacker.
The first days are fundamental for a successful integration which will allow you to swiftly and easily take up your new role. Every new employee receives a tailor-made onboarding program which features everything they need to learn about the company and their new role. The program covers the on-the-job introduction in your new department, as well as the departments you will be working closely with; you will also be able to join introduction events where other departments will introduce themselves and explain responsibilities and processes.
Besides your supervisor and your team, a tutor will be there for you. Your tutor works outside of your area and will help you with informal integration. Your tutor will be there to help you with all of your questions, and support your integration. Many friendships have been formed this way – which makes work even more enjoyable!
We believe every employee needs to be allowed to grow following their needs and passions. We fervently believe in feedback and in defining clear and transparent career paths. They offer guidance to our new employees as well as those who have been around for a bit longer.
"Living Loacker" also means creating structured moments and taking the time to speak about performance, collaboration, and growth potential. Supervisors and managers have different tools and procedures at their disposal. Every employee receives at least one annual review and, if necessary, a development feedback meeting focused on the personal growth.
The annual reviews define an employee’s development plan in terms of new tasks, projects, and responsibilities as well as career growth. A tailor-made training plan will cover all the skills needed to achieve the individual goals of the following year.
Our career development model is based on three paths. The managerial career path focuses on leading people. The technical career focuses on different levels of specific skills. The project career path is based on the size and complexity of the projects managed. Every step of these paths is clearly and transparently defined and deliver guidelines to employees and supervisors.
You never stop learning, growing, improving: That’s our firm belief. This principle has always motivated us to constantly invest in employee training. Technical, managerial, and social skills can be developed through our Loacker Academy training programs.
Depending on the role and the development level within our career model, we have developed training paths with specific modules to refine communicative, social, and collaboration skills as well as managerial and change management skills. These paths are complemented by specific technical skills, and tailored for each employee.
How do we manage it all? Our secret weapon is the “Loacker Campus” platform!
We carry out a training needs analysis on a yearly basis. We define skills needed to achieve individual, departmental and corporate goals in the short, medium, and long-term. Based on this analysis we structure the training program of the following year. Training formats depend on content: e-learning, webinars, in-house training, or workshops in one of the beautiful training locations.

Our Loacker kitchen teams in Auna di Sotto/Heinfels and Heinfels prepare delicious meals every day. Seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible, and whole meal options from the best suppliers are mixed in healthy and tasty recipes. The proof is in the pudding!
Employees can make use of our red corporate Loacker fleet and shuttle buses to easily travel to and from work. The shuttles are organized by employee domicile and their working hours. Our shuttles represent a useful service for employee as well as a traffic reduction measure.
Besides offering different psychological and physical health prevention courses, our corporate training program also offers different workshops on topics like posture and preventing seasonal sickness. We regularly draw bibs for races or other events, organize fitness days, and take part in intercompany championships with our employee teams, like out football teams. The Loacker Tennis Club features discounted courses and organizes thrilling championships at the end of the season. Keep in shape is good, keep in shape together is better!
