This type of chocolate is dark brown, with aromatic notes of cocoa, toastiness, fruitiness, and floral varieties of honey. Alongside the intense flavor of cocoa, you will sense the light toasting, with bitter, earthy, and spicy overtones and hints of licorice and pepper. You will also appreciate the symmetry of the cocoa, sugar, and vanilla, and the typically delicate acidity of citrus fruits.
