Multigrain wafer cubes with chocolate cream filling

Four layers of the delicate hazelnut cream filling are held by five crispy multigrain wafers with spelt, wheat and oats. The rich fibers naturally assist digestion and make assimilation easier. The quality and sustainability of our cocoa is ensured by our “Cocoa Farming Program”, which gives us selected beans from Ecuador and from the Ivory Coast, while also helping improve the living conditions of the local farmers.

Our wafers are the essence of pure goodness and they represent the best of Loacker. Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe.

Being truly discerning is an important art. Our precious wholemeal flour is the result of an accurate selection of only the finest grains of spelt, wheat and oats. Once they have been chosen, the whole grains are delicately ground in a special mill up in the mountains in South Tyrol, close to Loacker, in a pure and pristine environment.
