Let the goodness of this chocolate pudding tantalize you. The sugary whipped cream on top? We just can't resist it!
1. In a saucepan with a heavy bottom put sugar, cocoa, corn starch and salt.
2. Gradually add the milk and mix with a whisk by hand.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat; boil and mix with a whisk for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla extract, then stir.
5. Pour into cups or glasses and let cool completely, first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
6. Decorate with some sugary whipped cream (optional) and two Loacker Classic Alpine Milk per glass.

200 g sugar
50 g bitter cocoa
35 g of corn starch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
20 g butter
10 g vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
