1. Line a plum cake mold with food film or baking paper.
2. Lay a row of Loacker Classic Cocoa & Milk waffles on the bottom so that it is perfectly covered.
3. Let the ice cream Stracciatella soften at room temperature and then spread it on the waffles forming a layer of 3-4 cm.
4. Let firm in the freezer for 15 minutes.
5. Make another layer of waffles and cover them with ice cream, leveling the surface.
6. Leave some ice cream for the final cover.
7. Finally, cover with a last layer of cocoa wafer and milk, cover with a thin layer of ice cream and put the mold back in the freezer for 1 hour.
8. Remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving and garnish with the chocolate chips and the remaining wafers.
