What's better than a strawberry sorbet? Simple, a strawberry sorbet with lemon ice cream wafers. Mmmhh.. delicious!!!
1. Cut the whole fruit into pieces and arrange it in a single layer on baking sheets covered with baking paper.
2. Completely freeze the fruit and store in freezer bags.
3. Roughly weigh 250 g of frozen fruit and place in a blender or food processor with sugar and a little water, one tablespoon at a time, blending to create a smooth sorbet-like paste.
4. Pour into a glass or cup and serve immediately, then decorate with Loacker Wafer for Ice cream Lemon.
