Picture a tasty vanilla cupcake, topped with butter cream. Can you see it? Look no further - your sweet treat is right here!
Work the softened butter, incorporating the air very well. Add the sugar and keep working. After mixing the sugar, add the eggs too, along with sifted flour and baking powder.
Spoon the mixture into cups and bake at 180° for 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle of each cake comes out clean.
While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the decoration by rolling the dough of red fondant and cutting it into strips. Fold the strips to create some bows and put them on the Loacker Quadratini.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow to cool. In the meantime, work the butter for the cream to make it soft, add the icing sugar and, as a last ingredient, add the melted white chocolate (not hot).
Put the cream into the sac à poche and set a star nozzle. Garnish the cupcakes with the butter cream. Gently place the little Loacker Christmas packages on top of the cream and sprinkle with gilded sugars.
It's nice to create a new dessert starting from a traditional one. For a chocolate spell, try using 50g of cocoa and 150g of flour for the cupcake dough.
